A new boulevard is planned to run along the rear of the site that follows the Memorial Park and an overgrown stream that will become a site feature. The project includes 5000 parking spaces in a series of underground, concealed garages; a major super market; an Imax theatre; restaurants and food court; dinner theater; entertainment venues; conference center and hotel, a new train station for Septa, as well as hundreds of condos in various locations throughout the site. The underlying development intention is Live, Work, Play in a walkable, friendly, green environment.
